This American-origin cattle was sought to be one of the most durable and adaptable breeds. They thrive in hot, humid, and rainy environments, including those found in Central and South America, Australia and Asia. We import our Brahman cattle from Australia and Thailand. Brahman meats come with high marbling, very tender, and lean which is low in fat and cholesterol. This is one of the reasons why Brahman cattle makes a very good and healthy protein choice.

Firstly, the cattle will be imported from Australia and Thailand at the weight of around 400kg. When cattle first arrive at feedlots, they are fed with locally grown grains and grass, consisting primarily of cereal grain and Napier Grass. With the goal of maximizing cattle growth, the target weight for slaughtering will be around 480kg. This feedlot production system typically takes about 60 days until the cattle reach a prescribed finish before being slaughtered and the average yield of the meat will be around 65%. Then, the cattle will be slaughtered at a Halal certified abattoir where the meat produced will then be sold to the market (supermarket, restaurant chains, government-linked company etc.).
